City of Minnetonka Public Works. Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka. Brush Site - for residents only. Located McCulley Road (between Bayside Road and Wolverton Place or Deborah Drive). Acceptable Materials: Twigs, Branches or Trees. Please make sure no debris, such as rocks, dirt or wires, are remaining. No grass or leaves are allowed to be dropped off. Washington County residents may use the Arden Hills, Battle Creek, Frank & Sims and White Bear Township collection sites for free.
